Annual Owner's and Manager's Conference The association produces an annual conference providing members with an opportunity for:

  • knowledgeable speakers
  • educational opportunities

Area Group Meetings Programs of dealer meetings throughout the Pacific Northwest are organized. Programs vary, with some produced by the Association staff, and consist of general discussions on current legislative matters, various associations services, industry problems and solutions, and other informal discussions concerning items most important to members. Other meetings consist of more formalized programs such as those presented by attorneys on specific problems confronting members in their daily operations. For specific meetings, see the attached list of meetings and events.

Newsletter The association newsletter is sent to all members bringing news of importance. Each issue is filled with articles and information that has but one objective, and that is to help the dealer make a profit. Periodically we also make other articles, studies and similar resources available on an "as requested" basis.

National Associations Through the Pacific Northwest Association members may belong to either the National Retail Hardware Association or the North American Equipment Dealers Association. Both Associations represent their respective industries on a national scale in both the United States and Canada.

Reference Services As a member you are encouraged to contact the Association concerning any problem or question you might have. Oftentimes other dealers have experienced the same problems or have had the same questions. If we don't have the answer we will assist you in resolving the problem or getting the answer to a particular question.
